Il Mulino New York is an internationally renowned destination for dignitaries, tastemakers, and the culinary elite. With locations across the nation, San Juan, and Tokyo, Il Mulino New York sets the highest of standards in service, decor and fine Italian cuisine. The Il Mulino New York product line includes gourmet items ranging from sauces to gift baskets to organic coffees. In recent years, the brand also launched the casual-chic Trattoria Il Mulino and boutique steakhouse Il Mulino Prime.

Social Media Marketing
In 2013, I was brought on to create a social media plan that would showcase each business’s offerings, increase brand awareness, and generate an active audience across Facebook, Twitter and occasionally Instagram and Google Plus. Prior to my arrival, there had been little-to-no social media presence.

In this role I:

  • Devise and launch demographic- and interest-targeted creative campaigns to increase engagement, acquire new followers, and promote cuisine, events and services to the most relevant audience
  • Create and maintain a monthly creative calendar of posts across all outlets for all brands
  • Refine the community-facing voice of the brand
  • Interact with active fans and clients who post relevant queries and content

A thriving business has countless needs when it comes to telling its story. To ensure the clientele of Il Mulino New York, Il Mulino Prime and Trattoria Il Mulino receive the most complete luxury brand experience, I have helped shape and refine the brand voice for:

  • Brand websites
  • Promotional materials
  • Product descriptions
  • Outpost overviews
  • Catering, special event, and other outpost services
  • Email blasts and menus

Product Management
Coordinating with the outpost teams, design staff and business owner, I create and implement production schedules and timelines to ensure creative materials are executed in a timely manner.
